Gwen Moore, Co Vice Chair, GEM Communications former member of the California State Assembly and chair of the utilities committee; authored historic legislation to create supplier diversity program in investor owned utilities earning over $25 million a year that lead to the creation of the CPUC General Order 156.  This policy is considered benchmark by other states throughout the country.

Nancy Zarenda, Co Vice Chair, Director and Owner, Spanish Language Academy referece website: www.spanishlanguageacademy.net and led the effort to survey California utilities on language services.  The results provided a framework to develop the CUDC's Language Access Principles which were adopted by the CPUC.
